- I'm loving my new role as a mother, even if it is difficult sometimes. Trying to balance social life, work and this great family life gets a little hard. Someone asked me what our activities are, and I drew a blank. It seems Maggie, Hal and I are busy everyday. But I would have to look at the calendar to tell you what we were actually doing.

Happy Birthday to Nolie! I have always had a private little celebration when my boys have a birthday. I feel like it is really my holiday! I also tell them their birth story every year. sometimes starting the day before, they pretend like it is annoying, but if I forget, they ask me why I haven't told them their story yet. Traditions!
